1. Make sure that the website is on the list of restricted websites. To do so, check the bottom right corner of your Internet Explorer status bar. It should say "restricted sites"

2. Next Click Tools >> Internet Options
3. Now, Click the Security Tab.
4. Click Sites
5. Select the sites you want to remove.
6. Now click Remove.
7. When you're done, Click Close. Then, click okay.
8. Refresh the page when you are finished. This should allow you to access the page.
